Bring your paper ticket to the ticket counter at Unazuki Station (Kurobe Gorge Railway) between 7:40 AM and 3:00 PM to receive your reserved-seat boarding pass. Seats are assigned based on availability at the time of exchange.

After making a web reservation, please exchange your paper ticket at the "Kurobe City Art Creation Center Selene" on the day of your visit (web reservations can also be made on-site on the day).
There may be times when seats for your desired time on the trolley train cannot be arranged due to the reservation status on the day. We ask for your understanding in advance.
From November 25–30, all cars are special reserved seats (with windows). As the plan covers only standard seat fares, a 600 yen upgrade fee will be charged on-site. Please purchase for these dates only if you agree to this condition.
